Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an official confirmation via email. To pick up your badge, in an effort to expedite registration onsite, you can provide the emailed confirmation code printed or on your mobile device at Exhibitor Registration. You can also provide valid photo ID to pick up your badge. Badges will not be mailed ahead of time.

When registering for the event as booth staff, by specifying that you are from a country outside of the US, a visa invitation letter will be generated automatically at completion of your registration and will be attached as a PDF to your emailed confirmation invoice/receipt. Please be aware of unaffiliated vendors improperly soliciting exhibitors to purchase their products and services. The Seatrade Cruise Global trade show takes place 6-8 March 2018 and the conference takes place 5-8 March 2018.

The cancellation policy is referred to in the Seatrade Cruise Global Terms and Conditions of Participation in Event, included with your signed Contract for Exhibit Space.  The term (5.b) is as follows: 

Termination by Exhibitor. All fees are deemed fully earned and nonrefundable when due. Termination by Exhibitor must be in writing and will be effective upon receipt by UBM of an email addressed to UBM Connect at sales@seatradecruiseglobal.com. Exhibitor acknowledges the difficulty in determining a precise value for services rendered and expenses incurred by UBM for the Event, and of ascertaining damages incurred by UBM if Exhibitor terminates this contract or Exhibitor’s participation in the Event; the amounts due from Exhibitor under this contract as of the effective date of any termination by Exhibitor belong to UBM and represent an agreed measure of compensation, and are not to be deemed or construed as a forfeiture or penalty.

If you have purchased an inline booth, please refer to the 'Included in your exhibit space' Form to see if you need to order your complimentary booth package or not (Booth Package Order Form):

If you have an island or peninsula booth 400 sq ft and larger, please note that it is raw space only and no booth package will be provided.

No ancillary services are included with your booth package (including but not limited to electrical, water, catering, AV...). Please make sure you refer to the ESM to access all order forms and to the deadline checklist in order to take advantage of available discounts.

Carpet is not included in the exhibit booth package (though see below for areas of the convention center that already have carpet). All booths must be carpeted or have some other form of flooring. Exhibitors can rent carpet by the square foot through the Official Service Contractor, Freeman Decorating.  Carpet color choices and pricing are included in the Exhibitor Service Manual- Coming soon!

*Please Note: Lobby on Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 are fully carpeted. Therefore, Carpeting your booth or providing flooring is not mandatory. It is only mandatory for exhibits located within the exhibit Halls.

A spouse must register as a visitor in order to gain admittance on to the exhibition floor only.

Because of insurance liability, no one under 16 years of age will be admitted.

You may attend the conference with the purchase of a Conference Delegate or VIP pass. You are entitled to an exhibitor exclusive discounted rate, which you can purchase through the Exhibitor Portal. Go to step 3 and choose the promotion code next to the “Discounted Exhibitor Booth Staff + VIP conference All-Access Pass” or the “Discounted Exhibitor Booth Staff + Conference Pass”  Pass prices are outlined in the portal. You can also provide your customers with a discount on conference passes through the Exhibitor Portal's "Promote your Presence" function.

Yes! We strongly encourage you to invite your customers. We know that inviting your customers to attend is a great way to boost awareness about your company, increase your ROI from the show and help ensure that all your key customers and prospects visit YOU at Seatrade Cruise Global. Because of that, we make it FREE of charge to obtain a tradeshow badge for them (or, if you/they prefer, 10% off a Full Conference package)!

It is easy and quick to do, as well. Please head over to your Exhibitor Portal and be sure to take advantage of this service through the "Promote your Presence" function you'll find there. There is no limit to this promotion, but we do ask that you use this feature for your guests, prospects and/or current customers only. Please do not use this to register additional booth staff for your company as they will not receive Exhibitor badge level access.

*If you're not able to access the portal your account, your primary logistics contact can login and  add you as additional personnel in the exhibitor portal. If you're having difficulty gaining access, please reach out to us at success@seatradecruiseglobal.com.

The primary logistics contact specified at contract signing will been emailed receive access to the portal. If you're logging in for the first time, click "Create/Update Password" to reset your account information. If you are driving to the venue, parking is available at the Convention Center, in the North Port Parking Garage as well as the North East Lot. Please make sure you enter the Convention Center not the Port.

Both can be accessed from the North Entrance Ramp off of Eisenhower Boulevard - parking in the North Port Parking Garage cost $15/day and the North East Lot $6/day (spaces are limited in the North East Lot).

Due to data protection laws, neither Seatrade Cruise Global nor UBM plc will sell you an attendee list.
