What makes the services that you provide to the cruise line services unique?

Our owners Northern Marine gives Francois Marine and Offshore the experience in supporting Ferries. This in the end to support with ingredients when preparing meals onboard for passengers and crew which tie to the Cruise industry. The products have to be good quality and controlled with proper supply chain. In fact this amplifies in all our operations, so the ingredients delivered to Ferries are also going onboard the tankers, bulkers and liners.

How does Francois Marine & Offshore proactively serve the ever changing needs of guests on board?  

Similar to how Ferries are supported. There is always needs to support ethnic food and other services and ever changing rules around food requirements.

How do you see technology changing your industry in the next five years?

Digitalization and security is much of our focus and we see our clients heading in the same direction. Our key focus is digitalization at Francois Marine and Offshore to fit the needs of our clients. We also see a growing number of platforms that in itself create a new need.
